The Premium version of this lotion has gone viral, and I’m sure many of you are wondering what the difference between the two is! I would say that this is slightly thicker than the Muji toner and thinner than of course the regular hada labo toner and much thinner than the dear klairs toner. Almost as good as if I were using one of my more expensive lotions so I’d say this wallet-friendly lotion is a keeper for me.

I’m pretty sure I got this tip from Jude Chao over at Fifty Shades of Snail years ago, and it’s something I do to this day. It’s unscented, lathers so, so well even with just a pea-sized amount and doesn’t feel drying at all. After removing any makeup and cleansing with the Hada Labo Gokujyun Face Wash, pour a nickel-size amount of lotion on your palm and rub between your hands to warm.

In my opinion, I found it difficult to think about any cons of this lotion because I thought that it really reached my expectations of what I would like in a hydrating skincare product. Hada Labo is a Japanese skincare brand that is both loved and highly rated among many people all around the world, as its products are famous for containing hyaluronic acid, an ingredient that is very important in any skincare regime.

I only tried out the products a few times but never got around to really taking note of how they felt on the skin when used altogether because I was setting them aside for when I travel. Their products are just very simple, which makes it easier for all people with different skin types to use it––especially myself, as my skin condition tends to change during different seasons.
